TBF serves as an affiliate of the March of Dimes by hosting the Haywood County March for Babies, volunteering at the Asheville March for Babies, volunteering at the March of Dimes Signature Chef Gala fundraiser and other events
TBF is proud to assist the American Red Cross by hosting quarterly blood drives in Haywood county and promoting blood donation through press releases, events and public relations
Each year TBF supports the Radiothon by volunteering for the Radiothon. They join Eddie Foxx and Sharon Green of 99.9 KISS Country as they host the annual Friends for Life Radiothon for a live broadcast from Asheville Mall over a 30 hour span featuring fundraising, interviews with MCH patient families, face painting, balloon animals, a teddy bear clinic (hosted by MCH’s own child life team) and appearances by Mission pet therapy dogs.
